Overview
Since Lytle is such a small city and does not have enough staff members to handle all the demands of a municipality, the mayor and council can appoint boards or commissions to oversee city departments.
At the present time, boards and commissions have been appointed to oversee the library, mobile home placements, zoning changes, and the revitalization/beautification in the city.
