$3.60 per thousand gallons over 10,001 to 25,000 gallons*

$4.80 per thousand gallons over 25,001 to 50,000 gallons*

$6.00 per thousand gallons over 50,001 to 75,000 gallons*

$7.20 per thousand gallons over 75,001 to 100,000 gallons*

$8.40 per thousand gallons over 100,001 gallons*
