Dear utility customer, effective April 1, 2021 the City will no longer waive late fees on utility bills. So, if your bill is not paid by the 10th of the month, a 10% late fee will be charged. Also, the City will resume cutting off customers that do not pay their bills. Please keep in mind that the City will work with you to get you caught up on your bill, but you must contact us to make payment arrangements.
